Kluft mattresses are entirely handcrafted in California by skilled artisans. Unlike mass-produced mattresses, each Kluft is individually hand-tufted — a process that can take up to 8 hours per mattress. They use only natural, premium materials like organic cotton, cashmere, horsehair, New Zealand wool, and Talalay latex. No synthetic foams, no shortcuts. This level of craftsmanship simply doesn't exist at any other price point.

Kluft mattresses are built to last 20–25 years or more, backed by their 25-year warranty. The combination of natural materials and hand-tufted construction means the mattress maintains its support and comfort far longer than foam or mass-produced alternatives. Many Kluft owners report their mattress feels as good after 10 years as it did on day one.

The Royal Sovereign line represents Kluft's premium tier with a focus on natural fibers and classic firm-to-medium support profiles. The Signature collection offers a wider range of comfort levels — from firm luxetop to ultra-plush — and often incorporates more complex layering of materials like Talalay latex and cashmere blends. Both are hand-tufted and handcrafted; the Signature line simply offers more variety and often higher material counts.
